In the city of Cartagena, Colombia from November 21 to 24, 2018, in the “Aula Máxima y Paraninfo” Claustro de San Agustín – University of Cartagena, the International Medical Scientific and Business Development in Health (SIISDET) Congress was held, which was supported by the University of Cartagena brought together scientists from several countries, including: United States, Spain, Mexico, Argentina, Paraguay, Nicaragua, Panama, Honduras, Colombia, Peru, Chile, Puerto Rico and Ecuador.
